Call Centre and Technical Services

Our Team provides professional 1st Tier telephonic support on incoming technical calls to address Client issues immediately. We offer Remote Support, On-Site and Vendor support.

Our Standard Support Team numbers are manned from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. We are able to offer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week support for clients who require this.

Activities Reporting

Activities Report - allows for the most effective understanding of what the day-to-day issues are in our Client's IT environment. We log and report on every call made, categorising each call in to a detailed matrix. We then assess the matrix and make recommendations to rectify and prevent these issues from re-occurring.
